  1. Processing of personal data

    LABORATOIRES BIOTIC Phocea uses its customers' data for the following purposes: order management, delivery, sales contract execution, customer relations and exercise of legal and commercial guarantees, fraud detection and security, assistance and returns management, site improvement, configuration of default options (languages and currency), article recommendations. The data collected by LABORATOIRES BIOTIC Phocea are always collected for the purposes mentioned herein.

  3. Who uses your personal data?

    LABORATOIRES BIOTIC Phocea does not sell personal information entrusted by its customers to unaffiliated and non-partner third parties. However, in order to be able to provide all appropriate services, this information may be communicated to other partner brands which may use it for statistical studies, quality of service monitoring and, subject to the prior and express consent of the customer, commercial prospecting. LABORATOIRES BIOTIC Phocea certifies that this data may not be used for purposes other than those referred to herein and ensures that the processing takes place in compliance with the regulations and more specifically with the provisions of European Regulation No. 2016/679 on Data Protection of 27 April 2016. In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, data files and individual liberties and European Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the Purchaser is informed that the personal data he provides when creating his account on the Internet site https://www.dr-tiziano.com and the placing of orders on the said site (name, first name, date of birth, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank details etc.) are processed by : LABORATOIRES BIOTIC Phocea, in its capacity as controller, in order to enable it to process orders placed by the Purchaser, to process requests for retraction, product return and after-sales service made by the Purchaser and to inform the latter, by email or letter, of any promotional, advertising or marketing operation implemented by LABORATOIRES BIOTIC Phocea;

    The Subcontractor(s) of LABORATOIRES BIOTIC Phocea, such as the one(s) identified in Article 1, in order to allow the said Subcontractor(s) to:

    - Establish and send to the Purchaser letters or e-mails of information relating to any promotional, advertising or marketing operation implemented by LABORATOIRES BIOTIC Phocea;

    - Deal with and resolve any computer or technical difficulties encountered by the Purchaser in the management of his account opened on the website https://www.dr-tiziano.com

    - Process and resolve any computer or technical difficulties encountered by the Purchaser in placing orders on the website https://www.dr-tiziano.com

    However, the Purchaser is informed that the Subcontractor(s) of LABORATOIRES BIOTIC Phocea will not have access to the Purchaser's bank details, date of birth or telephone number.

    The personal data of the Purchaser, subject to the preceding paragraph, are intended for the exclusive use of the services of LABORATOIRES BIOTIC Phocea and the Subcontractor(s) of LABORATOIRES BIOTIC Phocea.

    LABORATOIRES BIOTIC Phocea undertakes to:

    - Process the Purchaser's personal data in a lawful, fair and transparent manner;

    - Collect the Buyer's personal data for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further process them in a manner incompatible with these purposes;

    - Ensure that the Purchaser's personal data are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed;

    - Ensure that the Purchaser's personal data are accurate and kept up to date.

  4. Use of your data in connection with Social Networks (Facebook, Instagram,...)

    The use of social networks and services on the dr-tiziano website in connection with these social networks may result in the collection and exchange of certain data between the social networks and LABORATOIRES BIOTIC Phocea.   7. Time of storage of personal data

    The contact details of a prospect who does not respond to any solicitation for 3 years will be deleted. The Purchaser is informed that his personal data will be kept for a period of three (3) years from the day of the last delivery of products ordered by the Purchaser on the website https://www.dr-tiziano.com, without prejudice to any legislative or regulatory provisions imposing a specific storage period (warranty, dispute...). After this period they will be anonymized. By way of exception to the preceding paragraph, with regard to information communicated in respect of payment by credit card, LABORATOIRES BIOTIC Phocea guarantees the Purchaser that it will not be kept by him at the end of the payment of his order by the Purchaser, with the exception of the amount of the latter.   8. Information about payment data

    For the purposes of payment of your orders, bank information and data are collected by Sogecommerce, our payment service provider. The solution for processing your payment is outsourced to Sogecommerce, which is PCI-DSS certified. This standard is an international security standard whose objective is to ensure the protection of credit card data. Information relating to the personal data of cardholders necessary to manage your order and any complaints is kept for 13 months for immediate debit cards and 15 months for deferred debit cards, from the date of payment processing. The 3D Secure device also allows the cardholder to be authenticated.

  9. Data Security
